Message	My name is Tim. I sold the TT that Carlos under good intentions. He has since not paid for the rest of the money he owes me. He lives in Houston, TX and has made no attempt to get back in touch with for the past few months. He did put a down payment down and sent a few hundred dollars but I have not received the other $1,000 plus that he owes me. I have retained a lawyer and he says it is a federal grand theft over state lines. I just want my money.. but wanted everyone to know who they are dealing with. I still retain the title of the car in my possession. I have called and left him many emails. If you are reading this Carlos I would rather pay the money then have a felony. Contact me!!
